This was my son's first attempt at building a plastic model tank and the result was good. The mouldings are crisp, clear instructions and the finished product looks 'right'

This tank model is superlative with a lot of details to glue on. ( it has no unnecessary steps that one hates and all the details are easy to glue on and there is no awkward steps that will make one curse while doing it) It take more than the time you expected which for an experienced modeler that is a joy t o add one after another small piece to the model and make it looks very real. After it is done it looks like from a $40 dollar kit than a 16 doller kit. I have always learned something from other people's comment about how a model is made. Here I am going to recommend using epoxy glue for small parts of plastic details. The epoxy glue gives you more time than CA glue for small detail pieces. And the epoxy glue also have thicker substance than CA glue for small pieces so it will stay in place when the small pieces are glued on. The epoxy glue also becomes thicker as time goes on so you can adjust your timing to chose the right time to glue the pieces on to the model. The smaller the pieces the faster you need to glue on the model and the larger piece you can wait until is becomes very thick before using it. Another trick about dealing with those shining drops left unintentionally on the models; I usually drop some power ( you can use fine grain white pepper dust) onto the drop of glue before it is dried. This will eliminate those ugly sheen of glue and later the glued dust can be painted as rust for weathering. All in all this little model (about 6 inches long) is well worth your money. It looks far better than other 16 dollar model kits and i can guarantee it.
