I find that Chiaki is a unusual singer in the Japanese music, because (after the great album Dream Field as vocals of the See-Saw) has been frugal in the releases. But maybe it's better that way, few but good. In this, her second album, I find there are several songs at the height of her talent and distinctive voice, sometimes melancholy, however relaxing. The first seven songs are all beautiful - especially Vermillion, アンインストール (Uninstall), ミスリード (Mislead), 美しければそれでいい (Utsukushi Kereba Sore de ii) and the poignant ballad 涙 (Namida) - perhaps it loses something in the last four. A very good album even if I find it slightly less than この世界を誰にも語らせないように, where there are 3-4 songs really beautiful (逆光 Gyakkou over all).
