中古を購入しました。汚れや傷はあるものの、正常に動作します。これは私の事前調査不足だったのですが、PS4自体、今更初めての購入で、純正でないコントローラーが付属との事だったので、コントローラーは大丈夫だろうと考えてましたが、どうも純正のもの(DUALSHOCK4)でないと初期設定が出来ないようです。なので、コントローラー付属との表記がある際は、純正のものかどうか確かめてください。純正のものでなかったら、別で購入することをおすすめします。品薄状態でネットでは入手が困難なので、近くの家電量販店なりに行って買っておくと良いです。心配な方、というか中古よりかは断然、新品購入をおすすめします。

中古だし、ゲーム欲しかったのでこの商品を購入、商品到着後、電源は入るけど画面が真っ暗‼️即返品‼️ネットで調べてみたらブルーの点滅、色々試したけど変わらず本体の不良品、交換品を用意したって電話で話したんですけど、断りました！(信用がありませんので)使えない物を売らないで下さい💢星も1つも付けたくはないですがね！

This is exactly what I was looking for! Elegant white color, beautiful glossy top cover, and stylish outer design. I knew what I am getting so I have not had any issue with this Japan imported model. For anyone that is wondering what's the differences for a Japanese model:
1. Manual, box, and all instruction booklets are in Japanese.
2. The startup epilepsy warning message will display in Japanese regardless of language selection.
3. O and X buttons' functionality are swapped while in system menus.
4. Games play just fine as any other PS4 since they do not have region lock. However, DVD/Blu-ray player does have region lock.

Speaking of the timing when I purchased this PS4, I know I could have waited a little longer to get the newer model, CUH-1200, for lighter weight and less power consumption... but what made up my mind is that Sony replaced glossy top cover with matte cover. I love the way they design the top part bottom part with different materials and the glossy feeling just grows on me. If I do get the newer model with matte cover, call me crazy but I will have to spend another $40 - $50 to replace the top cover for a glossy one. I would also be lying if I say I am not desperately getting my hands on this fun new gen gadget, too!

Very happy with this purchase!

What is there to say about the PS4? it is undeniably a superior console to the XBOX One, awesome specs, great processor, loading and saving games is done super quickly. To enjoy online multiplayer you DO NEED PLAYSTATION PLUS. Now, this is the JAPANESE CONSOLE, so to navigate the menus it would be done with O not with X as the American consoles. I don't recommend changing these settings as it can mess up the configuration of your games. The games work just fine, with the regular X to enter and O to back out, but not in the main system menu. This console plays Blu-rays and Blu-ray 3D, not DVD. The PS4 is the true console when it comes to gaming, and watching movies, and yes it is pure white.

Note one thing. Navigating the menus operates differently from your friends PS4. In Japan, from the beginning, the Circle button is used to Accept or Open and the X button is used to go Back

It's reversed for NA because the buttons placement makes sense but the Japanese focus on the signs. X is the universal sign for Go back or Stay away after all

There was an update that allows you to reconfigure your button arrangements and this will fix navigating the menu to what you are used to but this also affects playing games too. TLOU reverted to Circle for Accept and X for Back if I configured the System button scheme

Minor annoyance IMO. A worthy cost for a white/gray PS4

One last thing. My PS4 came with a fault. The fan was spinning loudly at all times. I have 4 friends with PS4's so I know how quiet these are supposed to be. I'm currently going through a return process but I fully intend to try again

Here's my unbiased opinion. I have friends with Xbox that hate PS4 and Vice versa. So I decided to try this out for myself once I had the chance. I received mine about 4 months after buying my XBOX ONE. I never had a problem with my PS3 and was looking forward to this but, I ran into several problems along the way. I have to create a new account because I couldn't receive the reset password email link. Ok, so that wasn't too bad ....so I thought. A hour later after checking my email folders I called customer service. I was then informed that it could take up to several hours to get a new account registered and verified through the PS4 system. Also, because it was on a weekend it could take even longer. Several hours later after I got my email, I finally got everything set up I had to download The Taken King game. Because there were so many updates, it literally took my system (with a very fast high-speed Internet connection), 4 1/2 hours to update, only later to find out that I still had to download the expansion pack. So 4 1/2 hrs for updates, then I also had to download the expansion pack itself. That wasn't the only problem.

I had to make a second call to customer service because the code that they gave me for the game was not working. After we walked through all the steps the representative apologize. The code that was provided is a valid code, it's just a glitch / system technical error - that was not allowing my system to accept the code. So I had to receive a different code from him then I finally had the game. At this Point, I decided that all of this was not worth it. This entire process took almost an entire Saturday just to get his game up and running so that I could play that evening with my friends. I decided to return the system and just stick with my Xbox because with Xbox, there are some updates but it didn't take me more than 20 minutes and I've never had a problem entering codes. So that is my non-bias review. It just DID NOT live up to my expectations.

DON'T BUY THIS ITEM!!! PLEASE DON'T!!!. I spend $400.00 on this system because my child wanted a white one and after less than 2 years the HDMI port came loose and the system will not stay on, NO PROBLEM YOU WOULD THINK! So I called Sony and asked if I could sent it to them for repairs, to my surprise they said NO, this is a Japaneses version and they do not repair them. After this I sent multiple email to the company to ask them to help me find where and how to repair it, BIG SURPRISE NO ANSWER! I am out $400.00 and my child is out of his gaming system; please don't be like me... buy an USA made PlayStation. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I made. A very angry and disappointed customer.
